A Family Business Born from Passion

More than two decades ago, what started as a career change for our founder Richard,  a former school teacher, has grown into something much bigger. Armed with just one machine and a little posi truck, he laid the foundation for what would become Diggerman Training.

Our name itself tells a story. When our Richard’s son would see the machines working, he’d point and say “there’s a diggerman here, diggerman there” – and just like that, Diggerman was born.

Located at Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast, we offer something you won’t find in a traditional classroom setting. Our tailored courses cater to two key groups: people looking to enter the construction sector for the first time, and industry workers seeking licence upgrades.
